Becoming Mindful Workshop

Typically run over the course of two evenings, this workshop is designed to teach you how to mindful. To be mindful is to be aware and present in the moment rather than lost in our own thoughts.

Practicing mindfulness can aid in managing anxiety, stress, worries, and other emotions that may cause upset. This is a workshop that you can host at your own barn or you can arrange for us to host with our own horses. The workshop includes handouts for you to reference in the future.

Be sure to check our Facebook Events page to be up to date on the latest workshop dates.
